Cancellation Policy
When an appointment is scheduled, a customer must leave a down payment to reserve their spot. A refund of this reservation fee is available until 24 hours before the appointment. The down payment will not be refunded if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is always allowed, and the down payment will be applied to the next appointment time.
